Diverting Water from the Foundation
Buried downspout extensions prevent water from being dumped directly onto the foundation. This solution creates a pathway for water to flow down and ensures that water is disposed of a safe distance away from the home.
LawnScape Outlet
Our patented LawnScape outlet is attached to the end of the buried downspout extension to prevent clogging from leaves or debris. Its subtle design doesn't disturb landscaping and is strong enough to withstand the weight of a lawnmower.
Drier and Stronger Foundation
After the downspout extension and LawnScape outlet are in place, the trench is filled back in with dirt and straw. The subtle design is hardly noticeable, but makes a big difference in the health of the foundation soils!
