Interior Drainage System
WaterGuard is our subfloor interior drainage system that is specially designed to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors. It is installed around the perimeter of the basement where the floor meets the wall.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The top-rated TripleSafe sump pump system provides the ultimate protection against basement flooding. It features a three-pump system that automatically adjusts to the current pumping requirements. This even includes a battery-powered pump to provide protection during a power outage.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona was installed to eliminate musty odors and prevent mold growth. This dehumidifier and air purification system creates a healthier and drier basement environment.
IceGuard
Our IceGuard protection system is added to every one of our sump pump systems. It protects the sump pump discharge line from ever clogging due to freezing weather by allowing water another pathway through the lines. Cold winters don't stand a chance against our IceGuard!
Buried Downspouts
Buried downspouts with LawnScape outlets were added to both the sump pump and gutter discharge lines. This prevents water from being dumped directly onto the foundation, and instead takes it a safe distance away from the home.
