CleanSpace Walls & WaterGuard Drainage System
The basement walls were wrapped in our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal, cover, and protect them from moisture, humidity, and cold drafts. Our subfloor interior drainage system, WaterGuard, was added along the perimeter of the basement where the wall and floor meet. It's designed to capture water at its entry point before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors.
UltraSump and SaniDry Sedona
Our UltraSump pump system was added to the lowest part of the basement floor to prevent flooding - even in the case of a power outage. Our energy-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system was also added to help ensure drier and healthier air throughout.
TrafficDrain
Our patented TrafficDrain system is an effective way of capturing surface water along openings such as stairways and doorways.
Buried Downspouts
Buried downspouts with our patented LawnScape outlets were added to the sump pump and gutter discharge lines to prevent water from being dumped directly onto the foundation of the home.
