WaterGuard Drainage System
Our WaterGuard is an interior subfloor drainage system designed to capture water at its entry point. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement where the walls meet the floor and directs collected water to a sump pump before the water ever has a chance to reach the basement floors.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump features a three-pump design that automatically adjusts to the current pumping requirements of the environment. This includes a battery-powered pump that prevents flooding during a power outage.
LawnScape Outlets
To divert water away from the home's foundation, buried downspouts were added to the gutter and sump pump discharge lines. Our patented LawnScape outlets were installed to the ends of the downspouts to prevent clogging of the discharge lines. Their subtle design blends in with landscaping and can withstand the weight of a mower.
Stabilizing the Slab Floor
The water along this home's foundation didn't only impact the health of the basement, the weakened soils caused the car port slab to crack and sink as well. Our crew was able to lift and level the concrete slab with PolyLevel injections and then seal the cracks with NexusPro joint sealant. Good as new!
