This patented TripleSafe sump pump system features a three-pump system that automatically adjusts to the current pumping needs. This includes a batty-powered pump to protect against flooding during a power outage.
Buried Downspouts and IceGuard
To keep the soil beneath this home dry and to divert water away from the foundation, we installed buried downspouts. IceGuard was added to the discharge lines to ensure that pipes don't freeze during freezing weather conditions.
LawnScape Outlets
This grated outlet system attaches to the end of the sump pump discharge line. Its subtle design will blend in with your lawn and the grated openings will deter leaves, animals, and debris.
Interior Drainage System
Designed to capture water seepage at its entry point, WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the area where the floor meets the wall. It directs any collected water to the sump pump for quick and effective removal.
