SumpPump
The UltraSump pump is installed to ensure safe and effective removal of any collected water in the basement. Our top-quality patented design features an airtight lid, cast iron pump, and minimally invasive design. WaterGuard, a subfloor drainage system, is installed around the perimeter of the basement to capture water at its entry point and redirect it to the sump pump.
Diverting Water from Foundation
To divert water away from the home's foundation, buried downspouts were installed with LawnScape outlets. This attaches to the discharge line of the sump pump to ensure that water is disposed of far away from the foundation, to avoid further weakening of the surrounding soils.
