CleanSpace Wall System
CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. When installed to the walls, it seals and protects the basement from moisture, humidity, and even cold drafts.
WaterGuard
This subfloor drainage system is specially designed to capture water at its entry point before it ever has a chance to reach the basement floors. It then redirects the collected water to a sump pump to pump it up and away from the foundation.
UltraSump Pump
The UltraSump with battery backup can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a fully-charged battery. This protects the basement from flooding during power outages.
Buried Downspouts
To divert water away from the church's foundation, the crew installed buried downspouts and with IceGuard protection. This ensures that water will be safely removed, even during freezing weather conditions.
