Old Sump Pump
This was the existing sump pump in the basement. This was not an efficient pump and it had not been serviced in many years. This caused the pump to not effectively pump water away from the area, which was evident via the moisture damage on the walls.

Our crew removed the former sump pump and replaced it with the UltraSump! This top-quality sump pump features an extruded aluminum case, re-settable pump fuse, battery-operated emergency LED light, illuminated plug end, and easy plug-in cable connections.
Monolithic WaterGuard
This subfloor drainage system is installed around the perimeter and is designed to capture water at its entry point and redirect it to the sump pump. Water won't even have the chance to touch these basement floors now!
