Digging Perimeter Trench
To install our WaterGuard drainage system, we dug out the floor around the wall's perimeter. This lets us get the waterproofing system under the concrete floor.

We installed CleanSpace to the block wall to trap the water in our system and not let it evaporate out into the air.

Fully installed, this TripleSafe sump pump will dispatch un-wanted water away from the home and provides alerts for overflow protection.
