Failed System
When going to dig out a trench for out WaterGuard drainage, we uncovered a old system that had failed from the start.
Installing New Waterproofing System
With the trench dug and the new system in place all that is left to do is to fill it in. The CleanSpace along the walls also tucks nicely behind the drainage.
Completed Interior Waterproofing System
The re-poured concrete is the final step. This system is ready to catch water before it gets into the basement and send it to the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump and Battery Backup
All the bells and whistles are attached to this TripleSafe sump pump. This is good to help monitor the system and make sure it works 24/7. The water is sent here and then promptly pumped outside of the home.
French Drain Discharge Exit
To get the collected water out of our system, we utilize the mechanics of a French drain. This, along with ice guard, makes sure the water gets properly displaced and does not disturb the foundation of the home.
