Exposed Block Wall
The block walls in this basement were experiencing water seepage and cracking with no protection from intruding moisture.
Efflorescence and Chipping Wall Paint
Part of the issue with water seepage on painted block walls is that the minerals left behind chip away and make it impossible to hold paint.
Wall Brace on Cracked Block Wall
To stabilize the wall where it had begun to crack, we installed our wall brace steel beam. This brace is anchored at the bottom and top of the room to keep pressure on the wall and can be adjusted.
Sump Pump and WaterGuard Installation
Our WaterGuard and sump pump interior waterproofing system went in perfectly and protects the basement from water leaks.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and Dehumidifying Air System
The final part of the system we installed into basement was a vapor barrier on the walls and SaniDry dehumidifier. These two products help keep moisture out of the air and filters the air inside the basement.
