Moldy and Ruined Siding
The water seepage into the block walls behind this wood panel was a catalyst for this mold and water damage.
Interior Closet Water Seepage
The water coming through the wall in this closet had left puddles and subsequent water damage and a musty smell.
Tearing Off Ruined Siding
To properly protect the basement from future water damage, we had to install our vapor barrier and drainage system directly against the block wall experiencing the water seepage.
Digging the Trench for WaterGuard
Our WaterGaurd system works by sitting slightly under the floor and footer around the perimeter of the room. This lets it collects water as it tries to enter and can then send the water to a sump pump.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard Installation
With the vapor barrier on the walls and WaterGuard in the trench, all that is left is to place gravel on top and re-pour the cement. These two products work together to keep moisture out of the air and send water away from the home before it can cause any damage.
Completing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The last step in the waterproofing system is to set up the sump pump. This pump sends all the intruding water, collected by the rest of the system, outside and away from the home.
