Taring to Seal the Brick
This home was sitting on a slab with no way to waterproof it on the interior. So, to mitigate the water intrusion we sealed the brick against the dirt.
Plastic Covering
To increase the level of protection, we added a plastic cover on top of the tar.
French Drain Output
Running around the entire perimeter of the house and incorporating the gutter system is a pipe that flows all water collected out of this drainpipe.
Finished Backfill
Once the waterproofing was done to this slab home, we filled back in around the home to preserve the landscaping.
