I was extremely pleased with my initial installation 2 years ago but had noticed that there was an area where a little bit of water had come in. Your service tech Andrew Light came out and diagnosed the issue where a small section of tape had come loose and he made the repairs very quickly and thoroughly. He did a fantastic job and is an excellent representative for your company. I continue to highly recommend your company for waterproofing work.
