Our Overall Service
I was initially disappointed we had to wait several weeks for the initial appointment considering we had a sump pump that was not working. A confirmation call a day or beforehand would have been helpful; I had to call to confirm. On the day of install; I received a call stating he was on the way but he failed to tell me on the phone he would not likely be able to complete the job due to an injury; he explained that to my husband when he arrived. Our appointment should have been rescheduled ahead of time as we arranged to have someone home (as we were told we needed to). He was unable to do any work (not his fault and he was very apologetic) and we had to reschedule for another 2 weeks out. I do appreciate the electrician was able to come out that day and complete that portion though! And I also appreciate the team worked hard to get me rescheduled timely and with a crew instead of 1 person for a quicker job. I was told I would get a telephone call a day or two head of time to confirm our appt, but did not. The crew was over 1 hour late; which is totally fine and unforeseeable but a telephone call letting me know about the delay would have been helpful and appreciated. The crew did a great job when they were here and I am very satisfied with the work they did!
Call Representative
I found it very hard to get someone on the phone during the scheduling process. I would have to leave a voicemail and watch for a return call. We played a lot of phone tag getting the initial appointment scheduled.
Sales Process
Casey was great. Very responsive to emails with questions and pricing info.
Our Installation Crew
Very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. They did a great job!
