Sales Process

This was good, but after the initial work was approved and done, it was immediately clear to us and the crew that our engineer had not made appropriate recommendations for the degree of foundation damage. This resulted in a 2nd visit and 2nd excavation to do additional work.

Our Installation Crew

There was confusion between the David's team's discussion (suggesting placing supports and rebuilding the damaged wall) and the final plan, which left this out. Both we and the installation crew didn't realize this was no longer the plan, so the excavation was left open for several additional days due to this miscommunication. When my husband tried to reach Patrick , and then the installation crew to understand why, neither one responded promptly to messages that he left. This left us in the dark and nervous for several days, since renters were expected at the home the following week. This finally got cleared up on Monday. There needs to better clearer communication between team members and with the customer.

The Cleanup Process

Two of our termite bait stations got either displaced or missing between the 2 excavations.

What made you choose our company:

Good ratings from previous customers! For us, $20k was a huge budget stretch! But we chose your company over a cheaper one because of the good reviews. But we don't feel like we got the excellent service that others described, because of the miscommunication problems we experienced. In the end, the work done was decent, but it didn't go smoothly.
