I think that your company needs to be able to remove and put back anything that the customer can't do. As an example on my project there was a water heater and drain line that needed to be moved before they could do the job. I wasn't going to do that until they started the job and they come in wanting to just cut the drain and move the tank to start working. I did it but in some situations the customer might not be at home or unable to do that so the crew should be able to handle stuff like that.
We made it easy for him because I was ready to get the basement waterproofed asap. Plus he promised to throw in a water ring for the water heater but didn't.
Did bust a block at the shower entrance. Shouldn't repaired that.
Wasn't bad but needed to clean up the floor better and any dust left from jackhammer.
Actually was just in a rush to get the basement waterproofed and noticed your company on the way to work. With it being more expensive than I thought I probably should've took the time to get a few estimates.
