Austin was fairly new on the job. He did a good sales presentation, obviously because I bought into it. However, when it came to installation time, there were quite a few things he had not covered or explained. He was contacted and things were worked out with concessions on each side.

Was very pleased with Luis, Pedro, and Chris. Answered any questions I had and explained each step of process.

Well pleased with work and clean-up that they did.
