We are very satisfied with the staff and work performed in our crawl space encapsulation.

The Salesperson, Alex, was friendly and professional. He sold us on Carolina Basement Systems and the encapsulation for our crawl space.

Each morning Luis, the team leader, called our home and gave us an ETA of the crew's arrival. Luis, Pedro and Chris had a great customer-service attitude. They were friendly and worked efficiently. Each day Luis and Pedro asked if we had any questions or concerns. All of the crew wanted to make sure we were pleased with their work and the products being used.

Luis, Pedro and Chris placed plastic over our walkway each day to keep it clean. They removed debris from the crawl space and took it with them at the end of each day. On the last day after they placed the thick, white plastic on the crawl space floor, they wiped down any dirt, and wore socks to keep the final product clean. We were very pleased with the clean-up process.
