Mike Sheets was very thorough and expert with his assessment and estimate. His follow-up with us was also very well done. We had a few questions about getting the basement area ready for the installers and he came right over to help us get prepared. He even offered to help us move anything that might be too heavy for us. Mike is a great asset to your organization.

Danilo Santamaria and his crew were just awesome! They arrived on time and started work immediately. They were very thoughtful about letting us know when they would be making loud noises so we were prepared. The entire crew handled them selves professionally while maintaining a very happy and pleasant demeanor. In fact, I was a little disappointed that they were finished ahead of schedule and we had to say goodbye. Their workmanship and attention detail were excellent. I am very pleased with their excellent workmanship and clean-up when they were finished. GREAT JOB GUYS!
