I was introduced to all crew members, came as scheduled and explained what they were there for and explained If they had to leave/return.

What made you choose our company:
Patrick Valente (salesman) explained each part of process with diagrams, answered all questions, replied/responded when I reached out to him. Working with pricing, written proposal, assistance with financing. He followed up during install to be sure all was right. Despite unexpected delays, they worked with me consistently. PROOF SYSTEM WORKS: My dehumidifier used to average 65- 70% humidity especially after rain. The average is now 45 - 50%. I thank God for a healthier breathing atmosphere. I believe a dehumidifier get it in normal range 35-45%. I will be checking iwith Carolina Basements when that time comes.our service area
