I also had Patrick quote crawlspace encapsulation. We do intend on following through with this in the near future (hopefully next fall). I ran across a representative at one of the Home Shows at the Greensboro Coliseum back in September. I had seen the commercials on TV with that catchy saying "All Things Basementy". My husband and I have been slowly getting the house taken care of since we're both getting within 10-15 years of retirement and we plan on leaving the home to our high functioning autistic son. We want make sure we don't leave him any issues. I didn't know what I wanted except I needed someone to look under the house and tell me what they recommend. I explained this to the representative at the home show and he said he completely understood, he didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what I wanted. He talked to me, not at me. That level of professionalism was continued from my first experience until the last person left the house. You just can't say that about many companies. We're very happy we chose Carolina Basement Systems.
