Job review from Katie in Old Fort, NC 28762 on 09/16/21

Unfortunately our sales rep, Misa, obviously did not do his due diligence. Bruce and his crew showed up expecting one job, to be presented with something totally different. Measurements and details of our job were not at all properly conveyed. This created a delay the first morning while both Bruce and I were trying to figure out the issues.

Despite the lack of correct information, Bruce and his crew came in and handled everything! They were incredibly professional and thorough throughout the job. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done the right way, despite the challenges.
