From beginning to end, even with a slight hiccup in the process, everyone was amazing!
Casey was awesome! Very clear and precise during initial meeting, and was there for us throughout the whole process.
We had 2 separate crews the first one was incredible, the 2nd one we had some hiccups with, but after stating our concerns the company went above and beyond to make it right. I couldn't ask for more.
What made you choose our company:
The competition (Tarheel Basement) had been out to our house to give a quote and misrepresented what needed to be done, and treated my wife poorly. I would NEVER give them money based on her treatment alone. And the decision to 100% go with you guys....all credit goes to Casey Byrd. He really cared about us, our house, and the projects we were wanting to do. Also he didn't sell and run, he was there every time I sent him a text or called, even once when he was traveling with his family, still took the time to respond. But I would definitely recommend Carolina Basement Systems to any and every one! Great Company!!
