Installers were efficient and very willing to answer questions

We did not receive a preliminary phone call confirming date and time; we called the company to get that. Supposedly someone had called and left a voicemail. No voicemail was ever received on the number he said he called. If a voicemail must be left, there should be a second follow up call made a few days later.
