Our Overall Service
So far, so good. Would appreciate a bit of help with clean-up once the cement is dry enough to replace the few pieces I had next to the wall.
Call Representative
Directed me to the proper person. Was polite. She was the 3rd person I talked to with the same informatrion.
Sales Process
Pleased with his presentation and plan enough to go ahead and schedule the work.
Our Installation Crew
Men were courteous and efficient. Said they would not be available when cement is dry to help with replacing things. Said they will be "on another job."
The Cleanup Process
Awaiting cement to dry. I will need help with replacing a few heavier pieces.
