What made you choose our company:

I did a lot of research and found you were the best in the business from referrals and previous customers. I did not get any information on a "service/maintenance contract" as I asked for. I believer Mr. Bobby Rouse did mention that is available but I did not get any information on that as of yet. The only real concern I have is that I can not tell if the unit is running or operational unless I get down into my crawl space to see if the unit is on...there has to be a better way to do this for your customers. Any type of low voltage remote station would be great to let customers know that they system is operating properly if they have a dehumidification unit or some other device operating especially in a crawl space that is difficult for a consumer to access and tell if it is working properly...something for you to think about...
