What made you choose our company:

I had spoken with another company prior to contacting you. The other company changed sales rep three times and dates several times. I did not feel comfortable going with a company that changes plans three different times without making you aware of changes. Carolina basement stuck by what the said but we are still waiting on word to finish our French drain. All of our initial crew work their facemask diligently but the other group that was Hispanic did not adhere to wearing a face mask at anytime that they walked through our area where we were sitting. This was the one complaint I have.
