Matt Bowen inspected our crawl space; went over what he found and then suggested what he thought would work best for our crawl space. Matt was very patient and thorough and explained how every thing worked together to give us the best possible result.
Cory Riggs and his crew of Misa and Rashan were just outstanding. Cory kept us informed every step of the installation process. These guys exceeded our expectations. Cory, Misa and Rashan were very respectful of us and our property. Cory, Misa and Rashan were extremely hard workers. Carolina Basement Systems is fortunate to have such a dedicated crew.
Cleanup process was excellent.
What made you choose our company:
We actually had two other companies come out and assess our situation and neither were as thorough as Matt Bowen. The products the other companies offered were not the quality of products offered by Carolina Basement Systems.
