Start to finish this was one of the best costumer service experiences I've had!
I don't fully recall, but I Believe all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Doug was pretty great! He answered all my questions and didn't mind that I went through out the crawlspace with him. He gave me lots of pointers about my crawlspace and educated me on moisture and air flow, etc. The educational conversation continued when we left the crawlspace. I would have loved to have been able to have my crawlspace sealed, and Doug did everything he could, but currently I'm unable to purchase this service. We settled on a dehumidifier. Doug went above and beyond, and treated me like family.
The sense of kinship did not end with Doug. The guys who came out to install the dehumidifier felt like brothers. (I'm a firefighter, so it was like being at the station) The guys also sealed the vents as part of the installation, which surprised and delighted me. They even foamed a couple gaps near the vents. There were no stands for the dehumidifier available that day so Anival returned on a Saturday to complete the install. He went above and beyond! I kept saying "thank you" and "I'm so grateful." A lot of tough things have happened this year for a lot of people, but the kindnesses and the "extra care" your employees have shown me has really been a bright spot for me. I'm also grateful to have a home that is safer, more secure, and sturdy because of what you have done for me.
It was an easy clean up job. Everything looked GREAT when they left.
