We permanently stabilized the sinking floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers immediately stop settlement and may even lift the floors above back to their original position.

We added our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system to eliminate musty odors, prevent mold growth, and ensure healthy and dry air throughout the crawl space.

Made from PVC plastic, our EverLast crawl space door will never warp, tear, or crack. Its airtight and watertight design prevents insects, critters, moisture, humidity, and cold drafts from penetrating past the crawl space entrance.
