Basement Waterproofing
Our interior drainage system, WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to touch the basement floors! The basement walls were then wrapped in our CleanSpace. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier around! Once installed, it seals, covers, and protects the basement walls from any moisture or humidity - providing a more dry and healthy environment throughout.
TrafficDrain
Our TrafficDrain is an effective way to capture surface water at stairways, doorways, and along other openings. Made from a rugged reinforced plastic, it will not dent or crack. Its grated cover can be easily removed for cleaning of the drainage channel, so clogging is never a worry.
UltraSump Pump System
Our UltraSump pump with battery backup is the superior sump pump choice for any basement. The battery-operated pump will automatically turn on when needed and can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a fully-charged battery. Our UltraSump also features an airtight lid with a floor drain, a reliable cast iron pump, a sturdy liner with holes, and an alarm that will alert you when something has gone wrong.
