Crawl Space Encapsulation and Insulation
Made from 20-mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. It is designed to seal and protect from moisture and humidity. SilverGlo is made from graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. When installed together your home is now separated from the harmful effects of moisture-rich Earth elements and has an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation.
Humidity Control
To effectively control the humidity throughout the crawl space, all piers are wrapped in the ultra-durable CleanSpace liner as well. This helps create a full separation of the home from the Earth.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
This 3-pump system design with a removable airtight lid has the power to automatically adjust what pump is activated to meet the pumping requirements as they change. This includes a battery-powered pump that protects from flooding during power outages.
