Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed and ran into our TripleSafe sump. This collects water intrusion and sends it away from the home which gives the basement back its dry and usable space.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifying Air System
In addition to our interior waterproofing, we also installed a dehumidifier designed to keep basement air clean and dry.
Drainage Exit
The expelled water runs out through this French drain. It is equipped with an ice guard and sends the water downhill away from the base of the home.
