To properly waterproof this basement, we tore out parts of the wall and placed CleanSpace along the back wall and WaterGuard drainage against the footer.

With all the WaterGuard installed, we put in the sump pump in the most concealed corner.

Once the water is collected and pump out through our sump pump, it exits the home safely through this French drain equipped with an ice guard.
