Photo Album: Keeping Moisture Out of Crawl Space in Grassy Creek, NC

This crawl space was built partially above ground. The exposed nature of it made it very susceptible to water absorption. Typically, it takes more water to soak into the ground to push the ground water into the walls, however this crawl space fell victim to simple runoff that can make direct contact to the block walls. To combat these problems, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier and insulated the crawl space to create a controlled internal environment with lower humidity.
