Water build up inside the block walls of this basement made it very difficult to keep the paint from chipping off. The efflorescence left behind when the water evaporated had left its mark, and the basement was at constant risk of flooding and leaking water. We installed our WaterGuard waterproofing system that runs under the footer and collects water as it comes into the block and before it gets inside. From there it is pumped outside away from the home, keeping the basement dry.
