Leaky Basement Wall
The wall on the right was a problematic wall for the homeowner as it let water seep in after rains. The corner it runs into also posed a great spot to install our sump pump system.
Installed Sump Pump
The location of the sump pump varies from home to home. It is usually best to keep it out of the way but also in a location that has easy access to a downhill location. These sump pumps will pump gallons of water out of it at a time and we want it all to go away from the foundation.

French Drain Exit from Basement
Through drilled out holes the sump pump is connected to French drain piping that allows the water to be expelled outside.

In an attempt to keep expelled water away from the home and as unobtrusive as possible we install our French drain covers downhill and with unique caps that blend in with the yard.
