Here at Carolina Basement Systems, we operate as One Team. We equally value each and every member of our crew, because we understand that it takes all of us working in unity to create the powerful impact within our community that we strive for.
Every other Friday, we hold a company-wide One Team meeting.
Every department: (Production, Sales, Appointment Center, Marketing, Accounting, Logistics, etc.) come into the office at 7AM.
At each meeting, we perform a different team building activity.
We work with members from other departments than our own and partake in a group exercise...
...that typically make us laugh...
...and learn a valuable lesson.
