Don't Forget Your Annual Maintenance!
Now that you have one of our amazing top-quality patented products in your home, you must remember to have them maintained annually! It can be easy to forget, but there are many reasons why you should mark your calendar to have one of our Certified Service Technicians come out once a year to give your basement systems products some TLC. Let us find the problems before they find you!
Sump Pump
A sump pump is an electro-mechanical device that needs to be maintained just like a car. If dirt and sediment build-up in a sump pump liner, it can cause pump failure, which can lead to a flooded basement or crawl space. Even with a generator, a dead pump or blocked discharge line will do you no good. Even our battery back-up pump system needs to be run tested and have batteries checked.
